If there was a beauty brand that just blows my mind aesthetically, it’s MOR Cosmetics. Great product aside for a moment, just the intricate detailing and design alone makes my creative heart skip a beat. Or five.
It’s no secret that I fall for, pretty, whimsical, classic designs, and I’m fairly certain MOR has somehow read my mind and created the most dreamy products and packaging I’ve seen. Clever, clever lot!
Today I have the delight of reviewing MOR Belladonna emporium body butter and emporium soap, kindly provided by RY – Recreate Yourself (Side note: RY has some of the best prices I’ve seen on some beauty faves).
MOR is an Australian brand, and the brainchild of designers Dianna Burmas and Deon St.Mor. Bless their creative minds.

Product: over the years I’ve tried my fair share of MOR products, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. The fragrance and formula is very luxurious. The soap bar is quite large, and will last a long time. Id say twice as long, if not more, than regular bar soap. It isn’t extra drying as some soaps can be, but I will say, it is still soap. It’s not as nourishing as moisturising body wash, but wonderful none the less.
The body butter does an AMAZING job at hydration. Not overly greasy, it gave me long-lasting hydration that toned my skin and kept it looking and smelling fresh. The formula is very thick, and does need a little warming in your palms before application. It’s a shame the tub is not larger, it’s lovely to apply all over.
Packaging: well what can I say. It’s simply dreamy, and adds to the whole experience. You can’t help but feel spoiled with all gold foil printed paper, faux wax stamp seal and ribbons. A lot of effort has gone into creating the packaging, and one of my favourite things about MOR is that it is reusable in some shape or form! It’s a win, win, win.
I love MOR. And you’re going to have to excuse my terrible, terrible pun – but give me MORE any day. Call me biased, this is just a brand that I admire and love.
